Established in 1997, Gourmet Shish Kebab began with a simple mission; to serve the finest authentic Middle Eastern, Indian and Pakistani cuisine. We have been proudly serving the patrons of the Baltimore/Washington corridor for well over ten years.
Our meat platters and curries are prepared with the finest cuts of certified halal meats. We also offer a variety of vegetarian dishes such as Falafel, Fool Emdamus, and several vegetable curries prepared fresh daily. Finally, our tandoori bread and hummus are regionally famous.

Love them. I always get their chicken jalfarazzi and spinich and potatoes. Just writing about them is making me hungry and I had them for dinner. They'll always be my favorite.

The food tastes great, is clearly made of all fresh ingredients and prep time is reasonable for either take out or dining in. Be sure to enjoy their freshly made naan and maybe one of their great desserts to finish a fantastic meal, of large portions at reasonable prices.
The Muslim LinkI love this restaurant. I live out in the boondocks of Laurel where there is little good to say about its restaurants. Shish Kebab is a bright light here. Owned by a family that is always behind the counter they are masters of the kebab. They are also always warm and friendly and know me when I call for take-out or appear at their counter.
